Granola is a popular breakfast food. It is also be eaten as a snack. It has ability to :

Granola is usually made from oats and puffed rice. Granola is enriched in Calcium, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, Sodium, Potassium and dietary fibers. Dietary fiber in granola add bulk and weight to bowel movement and help to prevent constipation.
It keeps you fuller for a longer period of time as it is rich in complex carbohydrates and fiber.

Granola is also harmful for your health if you are consuming it in excess amount. My recommendation is to stop buying processed granola as they are high in fat and sugar intake. Try to make granola at home with ingredients you like. Here is the recipe of homemade granola:
Granola Recipe
Ingredients
Instant oats: 150 grams
Raisins: 1/4 cup
Black current: 1/4 cup
Chia seeds: 1/4 cup
Pumpkin seeds: 1/4 cup
Puffed rice: 1 1/2 cup
Honey: 1/2 cup
Melon seeds: 1/4 cup
Cinnamon powder: 2 tsp
Vanilla Essence: 1 tsp
Direction:
In a bowl, add honey and vanilla essence, mix well and set aside.
In another bowl add puffed rice, oats, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and cinnamon powder and mix well.
On greased baking tray, add prepared mixture and spread it.
Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 25-30 minutes.
