Every woman goes to a menstrual cycle. Menstrual cycle ranges from 21 days to 45 days. It comes regularly after 21 days or every 30 days and so on. As long as your periods are regular there is no problem at all, but when it becomes irregular then there is a problem.
It could become painful; cause mood swinging and affect certain activities of your life. There are many medicines to induce periods immediately, but I am not recommending any of them as they have side effects. There are lots of reasons of irregular periods. You might get irregular periods due to hormonal changes, stress, eating junk food, stress and strict weight loss diet patterns.
So, here are some natural methods which I tell you to help induce your periods naturally without any side effects.
Eat Unripe Papaya for periods
Papaya is one of the most effective foods to prepone your periods. It stimulates contraction in the uterus and help in inducing periods. The carotene presents in papaya stimulate the estrogen hormone thereby inducing early periods. Green unripe papaya is considered to regulate the menstrual flow. It contracts the muscle fibers in uterus.
It can be consumed in raw form or juice 2 times a day.
Ginger Tea for periods
Ginger is one of the most powerful herbs with magical properties that stimulates menstrual flow resulting in inducing periods. It can be consumed in the form of tea with some honey. Ginger contain Gingerol that helps lower inflammation in the body. It helps in contracting the uterine muscles and facilitate hormonal balance.
Ginger tea is known for its warming properties. It can also be effective in reducing menstrual cramps. It lowers the levels of prostaglandins that cause pain.
Take a glass of warm water. pour 1 tsp grated ginger. Cover for 2 – 3 minutes. Stain ginger water. Add 1 tsp of honey. Consume this drink on an empty stomach or in the evening.
Note: Don’t add ginger in the boiling water as it might loss its nutritional properties.
Cumin Tea for periods
Take a glass of warm water. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds. Cover for 2 – 3 minutes. Stain cumin water. Add 1 tsp brown sugar. Consume this drink on an empty stomach or in the evening.

Jaggery and Carom Tea
Take 25 grams of Jaggery. Add half tsp of carom seeds. Grind it to a fine powder. Take a glass of warm water. Add 1/2 tsp of Ghee, 2-3 Tbsp of jaggery and carom seeds powder and 1/2 Tsp of roasted cumin powder. Mix it and consume it on an empty stomach or in the evening.
Fenugreek Tea
Fenugreek seeds has highest warming effects on body to bring periods.
Boil 1 glass of water. Add 1Tsp of fenugreek seeds. Cover it and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Strain it and consume it at night.
Fennel seeds water
Fennel seeds contain phytoestrogen which balances your hormones and maintain your periods. It is also helpful in PCOD patient as it is enriched in manganese which helps to maintain your sugar level. Disbalance sugar level also cause irregular periods. Fennel seeds are enriched in vitamin C which has multiple benefits on our body. It helps to promote ovulation.

Soak 1 Tsp of fennel seeds in a glass of water and cover it. strain it in the morning. Consume on an empty stomach. Consume breakfast after 30 minutes.
